Large Australian rough opal

Unique polished collectors piece.

Measures a massive 76mmx80mm with a thickness of 10mm. When viewed on the side this beauty shows off multiple layers of colour bars. 

Can be split into many stones or kept as a part of your collection. This unique piece displays broad flashing golds, oranges, reds, sea blues and greens which change as you turn it with your hand. You will notice after the broad flashes one side rolls into a tighter pinfire multicolour pattern.

Truely mesmerising. This piece includes one crack which occurred in the mining process. 2.7 troy ounces / 426.25 cts.
